The owners of this just built grand Novato home started out needing their 1+ acre yard to comply with the city's robust new home fire regulations. Our designer, Mike Rollinson, created a design that fulfilled these while going much further...

Services Provided

• Stabilized a steep hillside above the house with colorful plantings
• Designed a "kid friendly" yard by covering dangerous V-ditch with wooden pathway and carving a terraced play area into hillside
• Created a natural feeling landscaping of fire-resistant plantings and 16 Oak trees
• Fashioned a spectacular driveway and entry that transformed a harsh retaining wall into a welcoming row of flowers and greenery
